We reserve the right to update and amend our terms and conditions from time to time.
1. Subscribing to Crafty Things Club
When setting up a subscription you will be asked to create an account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
By purchasing a subscription you are agreeing to a regular delivery of our products.
The price of subscription products is shown on the website in GBP and includes postage to addresses within the UK.
You agree that information you provide when placing an order is true, accurate, current and complete. It is your responsibility to keep details up to date. We cannot take responsibility for issues arising from incomplete or out of date information provided by yourself.
By purchasing a month to month subscription you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment. After your initial payment you will be charged automatically on the second of every month, by the method you agreed to when setting up your subscription, until you cancel. Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew. If your recurring payment is not successful we will retry several times.
By subscribing you agree that we are not responsible for any banking charges on your account.
You can change your payment method at any time by logging into your account using the details you set when signing up.
Your order will be posted on, or close to the 20th of each month by 2nd class Royal Mail.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Any paid for boxes will still be posted to you. To request a refund for a box that has not been dispatched email email@example.com
2. Non-subscription products
Prices are shown on our website in GBP and exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be added at checkout.
Payment must be made through our payment gateway provider at the time of placing your order.
You are responsible for ensuring information provided by yourself, such as delivery address, is accurate and complete. We cannot take responsibility for issues arising from incomplete or out of date information provided by yourself.
We aim to dispatch orders for non-subscription products within two working days of payment being made.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Crafty Things Club order you may return it within fourteen days for a refund. We are unable to pay return postage costs.
All returned orders must be in their original packaging and in a complete and unused condition. Email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your order.
4. Delayed, damaged and lost orders
We cannot be held responsible for delayed orders.

We will investigate all complaints and where possible replace damaged or missing items. If exact replacements aren't available we will send similar items to the same or higher value.
